Delivery Information

We use Parcel Force for all UK/Domestic items. When your order has been picked and packed, your goods are shipped by Parcel Force or EVRi International. These services require a signature from you, the customer (or authorised person on your behalf). If there is no-one there at the time of delivery, they will leave a card to inform you of the attempted delivery and what to do next. Courier delivery also requires a signature unless you add specific ‘Safe Place’ instructions such as ‘Leave in porch’.

You should inspect the parcel at the time of delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged in transit and refer you to the terms and conditions. By placing an order with us, you are accepting these conditions of carriage.

Terms of Delivery

If the item is in stock we will despatch your order within 24 hours of the payment clearing. Bedazzled LED Lighting Ltd will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever in the event of late delivery of goods. Late delivery will not be accepted as a breach of contract. 

  • Goods are delivered Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Saturday deliveries are available to some areas at extra cost, please enquire for details.
  • If the goods are in stock and you place your order before 12pm we will endeavour to despatch your order within 24 hours, in busy periods this can extend to 48 hours.
  • If the goods are out of stock you will be informed, and they will be sent on to you when they arrive into stock.
  • If the order is split into more than one consignment you will be charged the full delivery rate on the first consignment but you will not be charged for delivery on the balance of the order.
  • If you require a delivery outside the UK mainland please contact us first, we are happy to quote for delivery to any address.
  • All deliveries need to be signed for upon receipt.
  • Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address or PO box. If this affects an order you place, we'll notify you as soon as possible.

Repairs

Bedazzled warrants products of its manufacture against defects in material and workmanship. This is providing that the product has been installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. During the warranty period, the Factory Repair Centre will repair or replace (at its discretion) any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which disclose a defect in material or workmanship. The Repair Centre will return the repaired unit, transportation cost prepaid. This warranty is not applicable to any Bedazzled product that has failed due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, excessive voltages, or alterations to the product that affects, in the manufacturer’s judgement, intended use and service.

Bedazzled will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, and assumes no responsibility or liability for expense incurred in the removal and/or re-installation of products requiring service and/or repair, nor the handling of products returned from the Repair Centre after service or repair.

Please obtain a returns number/instruction by emailing us at returns@bedazzledledlighting.co.uk with a description of the problem with the goods you wish to return. For bona-fide returns, we will then allocate you a returns number/instructions and advise you of our returns address. When you return an item please quote this number/instruction clearly on all correspondence.
