RETURNS & REPAIRS

Bedazzled warrants products of its manufacture against defects in material and workmanship. This is providing that the product has been installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. During the warranty period the Factory Repair Centre will repair or replace (at its discretion) any parts or electronic assemblies of the unit which disclose a defect in material or workmanship. The Repair Centre will return the repaired unit, transportation cost prepaid. This warranty is not applicable to any Bedazzled product that has failed due to abuse, misuse, improper installation, excessive voltages, or alterations to the product that affects, in the manufacturer’s judgement, intended use and service.

Bedazzled will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, and assumes no responsibility or liability for expense incurred in the removal and/or re-installation of products requiring service and/or repair, nor the handling of products returned from the Repair Centre after service or repair.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Please obtain a returns number/instruction by emailing us at returns@bedazzled.uk.com with a description of the problem with the goods you wish to return. For bona-fide returns, we will then allocate you a returns number/instructions and advise you of our returns address. When you return an item please quote this number/instruction clearly on all correspondence.
