Our first torch was getting a bit beaten up so we thought a spare one would be good but without more bulkhead lights. When it arrived we noticed the on/off switch was intermittent. I believe a company should be measured on how it handles situations. We arranged a replacement but as it could still be used as a power source for the bulkhead lights we kept it as well. While this sounds like a problem it wasn’t, as the bedazzled crew were really amenable and helpful and we all were very happily satisfied.
