SES or E14 15 LED covered bulbs are suitable for both 12v and 24v DC systems whilst maintaining consistent brightness during charging and load fluctuations.
The SES or E14 bulbs are very common as low voltage table lamps and wall lights in Boats, Trains and other battery supplied systems, originating from early passenger transportation they are often referred to as ‘Bus Bulbs’.
This covered LED bulb is ideal for low level lighting especially where you can see the bulb – e.g. Oil Lamps

Great little bulbs, with a really nice colour, just a little less orange than 15W mains bulbs. The seam round the bulb does not seem to show once illuminated.
