Q. What are the delivery charges for orders from Bedazzled?

A. We send all items by trackable 1st class mail or by courier and costs vary from £3.50 for Royal Mail to £6.50 for Courier in most cases. Larger or heavier items are sent by courier and cost depends on size and/or weight – see our Delivery Info link at the bottom of the page for more details.

Q. Which payment methods are accepted?

A. You can pay using your Paypal account or by most Credit and Debit cards, you can also opt to pay by card over the phone or you can pay by bank transfer (BACS)

Q. How long will delivery take?

All orders received by 1:00pm are normally shipped same day and should be with you next day. Specials and a few marked products may require extra time.

Q. How secure is shopping from Bedazzled LED online shop? Is my data safe?

A. Our online shop is fully secure, all customer information is held under the SSL padlock and as an added level (unlike many retailers) we do not keep any credit or debit card information on file.

Q. What exactly happens after ordering ?

A. As soon as your order is complete you will be sent an order confirmation, a staff member will be assigned your order which they will check over before starting the picking process. When your order is packed you will be sent an email to say order complete.

Q. Will I receive an invoice for my order?

A. You will be emailed an invoice as soon as payment has been completed and a copy will be enclosed with your order.
